I think right and admirable to help a city in obvious difficulty, I understand that accept the waste itself harbors also a return for Hera , but I think this kind of help without the explicit request that whoever is responsible let this ruin your chair is unacceptable.
mayors, governors, ministers and many others have proven their incompetence, it would be good for everyone to cede power to someone more capable and prepared.
